HOW DO I GET TICKETS FOR MUSIC CITY ROOTS?

Tickets are available through our website. If a show has not sold out, General Admission tickets will be available at the door.

Our box office opens on show day at 6:00pm.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?

Doors open at 6pm CST, show starts at 7pm and lasts about 2-2 ½ hours.

IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE?

With the exception of a limited number of reserved seats, the seating is General Admission.

The purchase of a General Admission ticket does NOT guarantee you a seat. We set as many chairs as the room and flow allow, but there is also plenty of standing room at the back of the room and on the Mezzanine (when it is not in use for a private group event).

All general admission seating is on a first come first serve basis. We recommend getting to Liberty Hall as close to 6 pm as possible. For a show that is anticipated to sell out, we have seen guests start lining up as early as 5:00pm.

HOW DO THE RESERVED SEATS WORK?

A limited number of reserved seats are available for each show – these are purchased only through the MCR website .

WHO GETS ON THE GUEST LIST?

Because all of our gate revenue is shared by the artists, we limit our Guest List to Music City Roots’ sponsors and partners. We do allow a certain number of guest list spots for our artists; this is detailed in advance communications with artists and their management.

Being on the guest list does not guarantee a seat, access to the Artist/Sponsor Reception, complimentary food and beverage, or backstage admittance.

IS THIS SHOW ONLY OPEN TO 21-AND-OVER, OR ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Music City Roots is a very family-friendly show. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend to enjoy the music that we present each week. We ask that little ones be accompanied at all times by an adult.

REFUNDS

Unless a show is cancelled, there will be NO refunds. NO exceptions.

If something arises and you are unable to attend the show for which you bought a ticket, we may be able to exchange your ticket for another show date. You must communicate your request to us no less than 24 hours prior to show time (send request to info@musiccityroots.com with TICKET EXCHANGE in the subject line). We cannot guarantee this for all shows.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BE SAFE?

Yes. All credit card transactions at musiccityroots.com occur on a secure server. You can tell your purchase is secure by starting the Buy Tickets process and clicking on the GeoTrust icon.

DO YOU OFFER RESERVED TABLES?

Seating for the show is theater-style – rows of chairs on the main floor. Tables are only used for dining and concessions service. Some tables are reserved for the Family Style Dining package – although the package includes a reserved seat in the audience, some may choose to stay at their dinner seat.

AM I GUARANTEED A SEAT WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

The only way we know who would need to sit together is if the reserved seat tickets are purchased under one name. Otherwise we have no way of knowing seating location requests.

DISCOUNTED STUDENT TICKETS

Student tickets are not sold online – to receive the student discount, you must present a valid student ID at the door. NO exceptions.

Kids 12 years old and younger get in free with parent/guardian who has purchased a ticket.
