The Factory is home to several restaurants and artisan shops. You can enjoy antiques, musical instruments, gift shops, and more. Go to Factory At Franklin for a complete list of vendors.
Historic Downtown Franklin is also not to be missed. Just five minutes away, the public square area is loaded with interesting shops, restaurants, and historic sites. When heading our way for a show, take a little extra time beforehand to explore our beautiful city. Visit Franklin for maps, tours, and the Visitor Guide. The Visit Franklin Visitor Center is located on Main Street.
The Franklin Trolleys can get you to the Factory before our box office opens but you would need to arrange transportation back to your destination. Trolleys are operated by the City of Franklin. They run daily between downtown, the Factory, and many points around the city. Their service hours are Monday-Saturday 6:00am-6:00pm. Go to Franklin Transit for schedules and maps.
Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, The Factory is an ideal location for company or family functions, charitable events, video shoots, product launches, and fashion shows. Music City Roots is in Liberty Hall on Wednesdays, but the room is available the rest of the week, as are other private spaces such as Jamison Hall.
