Music City Roots, the Concessions area, and the Bar take all major credit and debit cards. There is also an ATM onsite inside the Factory, just down the hall from our show.
We are happy to do a quote for you and your group for shuttles, limousines, and town cars. We can pick you up from any location in Middle Tennessee. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
The Factory has lots of free parking all around the building. We can accommodate vehicles of all sizes, including RVs and tour buses.
We ask that RVs, buses, and motorhomes not be left at the venue overnight.
We use multiple cameras to film every show we do. We want you to enjoy the show but ask that you keep voice at a low level and silence your cell phone. If you have a reserved seat we need you in it by the time the show starts – nothing looks worse on a camera shot than an empty seat! Once the show begins, if the venue is getting full we reserve the right to pull reserved signs and open those seats up to all attendees.
We encourage all of our artists to bring merchandise to sell at the shows. We have a designated area near the main entrance where they set up and sell their CDs, apparel, and other products. Each artist handles his own monies so we cannot guarantee that an artist will take credit cards. There is an ATM inside the Factory, just down the hall from our show location.
We have Music City Roots merchandise available in our Retail Store; we set up our merch kiosk inside Liberty Hall during the show. T-shirts, hoodies, CDs, koozies, and more are available.
Most artists go to the merchandise area during or after the show, to meet their fans and sell merchandise. We cannot promise on behalf of any artist that they will come out after a show…. please understand that sometimes an artist must leave immediately after the show to travel to the next town, they may not be feeling well… any number of reasons they cannot visit with fans.
Jim Lauderdale usually is around to say hello and he doesn’t mind autographs or photos.
Going backstage is not allowed.
Yes, but please do not use a flash – because we are filming the show it can sometimes affect the camera shots. BE RESPECTFUL to those around you when taking photos – no one wants to sit behind someone’s phone being held up all night!
Our team is very selective as to who will appear on Music City Roots. We curate every show to make sure it is a well-balanced offering of different genres of music. Although we do an occasional theme night, most shows are created by putting together a variety of folks whether from different genres or different parts of the country. We listen to submissions, we work with reputable booking agents, and we bring our own favorites to the table. We receive a large volume of requests to be on the show – please follow the NEED LINK. if you are interested in being part of Music City Roots.
Please complete the Media Credentials application . Media accreditation is reserved for working members of the media. We appreciate all media coverage of our show and provide one comp ticket per person. Guidelines are detailed on the application.
We love supporting charitable causes in our community. Please send your request to email@example.com, along with a brief description of the organization and event, and include a donation form. Based on the type of event, we will donate either a bundle of show tickets or a gift basket featuring products from our retail line and sponsors/partners.
We pride ourselves on the many students who have enhanced their resumes by being an intern for our company. Some have gone on to amazing careers, some have even been hired by us! We take teaching the next generation very seriously and hope you will consider interning for us. We regularly have opportunities for audio and video engineering, lighting, social media, graphics, marketing, promotions, PR, and entertainment law (as it relates to contracts and publishing rights). Please send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
On occasion we may need volunteers for MCR or other events that we produce. We will post these requests on Social Media and on our website, so watch for those opportunities to arise.
